		<description>Yes, Hallowe&#039;en is celebrated here too.  I think it&#039;s kind of endured with reluctance by the adults, because it&#039;s really more of an import from the USA.

I&#039;ve heard that some children go out in search of candy several nights in a row (for some poor children, that&#039;s their daily meal!).  Though asking for a treat is popular, the tricks are not.

Still, it&#039;s not exactly Hallowe&#039;en like you might see in Canada - it&#039;s morphed and connected with the Days of the Dead - part of a larger religious holiday.</description>

This culture is most interesting!  Is Hallowe&#039;en celebrated there as well with costumes and trick or treating?
Hope you&#039;re all feeling much better by now.  I mailed Shari&#039;s card to Mexico, so hope it gets there!
