Our friend Mar came over today. Along with Shari and Shari’s Mom, they went to the market here in Ixtapaluca, and then came back to our house and cooked a fabulous meal. See Shari explain the finished product!

Si! Looks good alright! Although I’m not sure about the hot sauce!? Depends how hot I guess. How fun for three cooks to do this together. One experienced with Mexican cooking, one apprenticing, and the other a visitor from the far country of Canada, each with their unique cooking talents.
