Canadian donations

Canadians may make a donations in Canadian funds and receive a tax deductible receipt.  There are several options:

Cheques

Mail cheques to:

Please make the cheque payable to CAM International of Canada.  Make a note that the donation is for Jim and Shari Cottrill (do not write the note on the cheque itself).

If you would like to give monthly, quarterly, etc, you may send post-dated cheques.

Pre-approved debit

For pre-approved debit, you can download and print this form, which is in pdf format (146kb).  Mail it with your void cheque to the address above.

Donate Online (Credit card, securities, Interac, PayPal)

You can donate online using your credit card, PayPal, or Interac.  You can also donate securities.  One time or repeating donations are accepted.

To donate via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, use this page at CAM Canada.  For all other methods (Interac, PayPal), visit the CAM Canada page on CanadaHelps.org.  There’s a drop down menu that says Fund/Designation – simply choose our names.
