Handling the TRUTH!
Here's a last look at a strategy for dealing with doctrine.
Remember, doctrine is the . . . teaching of the truth that is found in Scripture. It's based on the TRUTH Himself, Jesus!
~ Let it grow!
Know the truth of Scripture and live it! Learn all you can and let the Spirit change your life!
~ Get the WORD out!
Make sharing Jesus a way of life.
~ Stay awake!
Watch out for teaching that is contrary to Scripture.
~ Time to take a stand!
Humbly point people to the truth of Scripture. Strike at the heart of the matter.
~ The wrong crowd
Don't give false teachers a platform to speak; turn away!
Now don't get stuck on just one of these steps. All of these are important, and they happen again and again. No matter what, keep on learning, living and teaching doctrine! It's a task for all of us; it's powerful when we use God's Word to fight Satan's lies and bring light to the world.
