Gas!

The gas truck drives around the neighbourhood, and one of the workers shouts out something like ... well ... GAAAAAAAAAAAS!  And we go out and tell him what size of tank we want, and he exchanges it for us.  Then we pay him some cash and, of course, a tip.  The gas ensures we have hot water and a running gas stove and oven.
