Yesterday we had our reached the half-way point in our 8 week evangelism study in Jes\u00c3\u00bas Mar\u00c3\u00ada.  If we finish our challenge for this week, 100 more people will have some contact with the Gospel<\/i>.<\/b>  We will be strategically using tracts to open doors and start conversations about the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n

It’s been encouraging to hear stories of how people in the class have started sharing with family, friends, and strangers already!<\/p>\n

Would you like to help?  You can supplement the cost of one tract or piece of material for the study for 10¢<\/b>.  (I say “supplement”<\/i> – it doesn’t cover the full cost but it’s a nice round number that works in $US or $CA).<\/p>\n

If you’d like to give 10¢, that would be great!  That means one person will have some contact with the Gospel, hopefully including some personal contact and conversation as our class learns more about how to share clearly in their culture and context.<\/p>\n

One person taking the class will get about 75 tracts throughout the course, to use in each weekly challenge.  So you can help one person take the course for $7.50<\/b>. \ud83d\ude42 Plus I want to make more tracts available for them to use once they’ve graduated.<\/p>\n

There are about 15 to 20 in the class now, and we’re hoping to repeat it again in the fall.<\/p>\n

If you’d like to help, let us know<\/a>!  And remember, the idea is not to spread “Christian garbage” or drop 1,000 tracts by helicopter.  You’re helping with strategic<\/i> giving of tracts, new conversations<\/i> about the Gospel, and training<\/i> people to share the Gospel in the future with friends, family and strangers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
