<b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.relieve-migraine-headache.com\/\">Relieve-Migraine-Headache.com<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>This site is all about headaches, migraine, clusters &#8211; all those things that are generally related to head pain. &nbsp;At the moment, Relieve-Migraine-Headache.com (RMH) is in the <b>top 0.34%<\/b> most popular sites on the internet (in other words, 99.66% of all websites on the internet are less popular). &nbsp;That means that <b>over 47,000 unique visitors come to the site each month<\/b> (many of those come more than once, of course). &nbsp;Last month over 49,500 people came to me for advice.&nbsp; \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n<p>I built the site in the summer of 2003. &nbsp;Being a chronic migraine and headache sufferer myself, I figured it would be good motivation to study up on the issues and treatments. &nbsp;Even if no one ever visited the site, at least I would learn something.<\/p>\n<p>Starting in August 2003 I wrote the first ezine known as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.relieve-migraine-headache.com\/HeadWay-backissues.html\"><b>HeadWay<\/b><\/a>, which had its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.relieve-migraine-headache.com\/HeadWay-secondary-headaches-3.html\">50th issue<\/a> this past September. &nbsp;In December 2004 I started the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.relieve-migraine-headache.com\"><b>Headache &amp; Migraine News Blog<\/b><\/a>, which contains more frequent tips, news, and odds and ends.<\/p>\n<p>Random trivia about RMH:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The banner\/logo was designed by a real live graphic designer &#8211; my friend <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bluewaterbaptist.ca\/contact.html\">Tim Cressman<\/a>. &nbsp;And no, that is <i>not<\/i> a picture of me.<\/li>\n<li>Some of the most popular articles include: &nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.relieve-migraine-headache.com\/eye-migraines.html\">Eye migraines<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.relieve-migraine-headache.com\/headache-home-remedies.html\">Headache home remedies<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.relieve-migraine-headache.com\/diet-headache-migraine.html\">Headache and migraine diet tips<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.relieve-migraine-headache.com\/barometric-pressure-headache.html\">Weather and headaches<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.relieve-migraine-headache.com\/symptom_of_migraines.html\">Migraine Symptoms<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Hundreds of people find the site every month because they misspell the word migraine in a search engine.<\/li>\n<li>People most often visit from (most visitors to least) the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, India, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.relieve-migraine-headache.com\/migraine-quiz.html\">The Migraine Quiz<\/a> was programmed by my friend <a href=\"http:\/\/spacewarriors.ca\/blog\/\">Alan<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The title of the site was a mistake. &nbsp;It&#8217;s a long story, but I decided it was too much trouble to change so I left it as it was.<\/li>\n<li>Each week, about 30 people subscribe to <b>HeadWay<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not only did I learn lots, I&#8217;ve connected with doctors, neurologists, and dentists from various parts of the world, and I&#8217;ve met lots of people with migraine and various headache issues. &nbsp;I&#8217;ve had good feedback, so I think I&#8217;ve been able to help a few people.<\/p>\n<p><b>So what is migraine anyway?<\/b> &nbsp;Well, one of the best definitions I&#8217;ve heard is that it&#8217;s a genetically based neurological disease.&nbsp;
