{"id":888,"date":"2008-12-18T09:15:28","date_gmt":"2008-12-18T14:15:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cottrillcompass.com\/blog\/?p=888"},"modified":"2008-12-18T09:15:28","modified_gmt":"2008-12-18T14:15:28","slug":"music-and-esl-classes-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cottrillcompass.com\/blog\/2008\/music-and-esl-classes-video.html","title":{"rendered":"Music and ESL Classes (video)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Yesterday I went and shot some quick video of the team teaching English and music (drums and guitar).<\/b>&nbsp; The music classes were at the plaza, and the ESL classes at the church building.<\/p>\n<p>There weren&#8217;t a lot of serious students at the music classes when I went, but there have been some. &nbsp;There were quite a few people standing around, and the team along with some people from the church had lots of opportunity to talk to people.<\/p>\n<p>There are a growing number of people at the English classes, some people completely new contacts from the fliers that have been handed out at the plaza.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s great to see both the team and church people making contacts and offering services to the community. &nbsp;We&#8217;ve seen long term results from these things in the past, and trust the Lord to continue to use us and the team in the days ahead. &nbsp;Thanks for <a href=\"https:\/\/cottrillcompass.com\/blog\/2008\/be-a-part-of-the-michigan-team-and-stay-at-home.html\">your prayers<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday I went and shot some quick video of the team teaching English and music (drums and guitar).&nbsp; The music classes were at the plaza, and the ESL classes at the church building.
