Quick support FAQHow can your monthly support be 100% when your pledges are only at 95%?95% pledged support means that people like you have committed to giving 95% of our monthly support (whether monthly or annually etc). For the other 5% we currently rely on people who give "one-time" gifts. We hope to get to 100% pledged so that our income is stable, but in the mean time if you want to give a one-time gift it first goes toward that monthly amount. Our monthly support is currently 100% because your generous gifts have been making up the difference. What about donations above and beyond your monthly support? If we have enough in our account to cover our basic monthly support (our monthly salary, which pays basic expenses), the rest goes into our Ministry Expense Account. This account is only for expenses approved by CAM International of Canada. It covers things like ministry expenses (ie Bibles, training materials), emergencies, travel for ministry, education expenses for our children, legal paperwork, and the cost of setting up our home (just for the first term on the field).
