The team did very well in Spanish, and could carry on simple conversations, and eventually did most of their programs in Spanish. One of their translators, Pedro, taught them on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
Getting the crowd involved in a song in Spanish . . .
The team did a series of programs here at a new church while I was there. The church appreciated all their work so much, and gave us all pins and a special letter of thanks. Spanish is the language of the heart in Venezuela, and to speak it is to reach people in a special way.
