A New Work!

During 2008/2009 we were serving in Ixtapaluca and experiencing our Orientation Year, a time to travel around Mexico, start getting involved in ministry, and focus on language and culture as we continue to learn about life here.

After a time of travelling and reconnecting with family and friends (specifically in Ontario, Canada this time) in the summer of 2009, we plan to Lord willing return to an exciting new work in Ixtapaluca, Mexico City.

We're joining together with a multinational team to start a new work here in a less-reached area of Mexico.

In the fall, our team will be focusing on evangelistic events and setting up a community centre to serve the area. This will give us an opportunity to build relationships and share the Word of God with people in fresh ways.

We don't know exactly how God is going to lead in all this - it will be an adventure! We would appreciate your prayers as we take this next step of faith!
