Mapping blogs
Someone is working on a way to map the blogs out there. That way you can find other bloggers in your community, or around the world and make maps. Here’s a map of the area where we currently live in Calgary:
You can also browse countries on this page [Edit: link no longer available. The main page is here and you can do a search.]. Looks like the more blogs a country has listed the bigger and bolder the country name. Visit this page to look up blogs in your own community. Of course, this is kind of a new thing, so there are only a few blogs listed. But it could be interesting to see it grow! Might be an interesting way to meet people.
Another place you can search blogs is in BlogDigger I’ve noticed that the ability to search BlogDigger is now available in the new search engine A9. A9 is a very interesting growing search engine. If you take a few minutes to register you can customize it in very interesting ways. Check it out! 😎
