Ten years ago today we were hanging out with our friends the Neufelds, showing off our adopted country along with our roots! Click the image for a larger version. The Neufelds are in Canada now, but we all still love Mexico. 🙂
Ten years ago today (2016), Shari had a baking class! A new semester had begun at the community centre, and Kaycee was hard at work as well (seen in the background here – 5th from the right), teaching English and even an Asian cooking class!
One of the few times when Shari and I have had the privilege to sing in a choir – a Christmas choir, in this case! Ten years ago today – 2015. At a public evangelistic event. We had already had a “dress rehearsal” concert at an appreciation dinner for church leaders in Mexico City. The director was our friend Becky Muñoz.

Actually, we were at more than one wedding in November 2025, but the one we’re featuring today is the wedding between our friends Fabian and Tiffany! Has it really been 10 years? Happy Anniversary!
When I have been a team leader with our mission, I’ve had the privilege to go to meetings with other leaders in nearby countries. These trips were also an opportunity to see the ministry of other missionaries, including ministries that have been going on for a long time.
One of these was in Guatemala, where we visited a Christian radio station that was started in 1950. In fact, you can still listen to it – right here! This was ten years ago today. Wow – I guess that means they’re celebrating 75 years! This was a little museum section that they had…
Wow! It was ten years ago today that we have the privilege of spending some time in the great outdoors of Canada with Shari’s parents and some cousins. That was a great time! And here’s proof. We’ll even include the illustrious dog Sniper in the picture.
