More on missionary blogs….

When I was writing on Sunday about some of the award-winning blogs out there, I neglected to mention any “rising stars”.  I wish I knew where to find more missionary blogs – but there are a few good ones out there.  One of the newer ones is the Knightly News Update, featuring a Canadian family on their way to Namibe, Angola, Africa.

I’ve enjoyed the Knightly’s blog so far, and look forward to hearing more.  For a missionary, it’s good to hear from someone who’s “going through the same thing”, and at the same time it’s good to get a glimpse into a life that is very different.

After my frustration trying to find good missionary blogs, I decided to start my own collection.  The downside is that you can only include blogs that have a news feed (which is why you won’t see the Knightly News Update on there yet), but here’s how it works.  It just looks like a bunch of headlines.  As any missionary in the list adds a new entry, their entry goes to the top of the list.  So what you’re seeing is a bunch of blogs from a bunch of missionaries all at once.  Intrigued?  Ok, why not go and check out My Missionary Blogs [link no longer available – check out Missionary-Blogs.com]?
