Preparing for Sunday’s Seminar

There are few things more important than unleashing the power of God’s Word in our lives. And so this Sunday we’re going to do something a little different – give a seminar during the service on Transformative Biblical Meditation.

I would appreciate your prayers as I prepare. I would have written this post a while ago – but I’m actually rather behind where I should be in my prep!

But before we called, God already answered. Some of the materials that I was waiting for finally arrived yesterday – the correct materials, in good condition. It would have been rather a problem if they hadn’t arrived on time!

And our printer – which by every right and normal sequence of events should no longer be working – and which is making odd noises and warning me with flashing lights – somehow is still going, and most of the printing for the seminar is complete.

Also, some of the materials were pretty expensive, but God has provided for that as well (thanks to those who gave specifically for this purpose!).

So – praise the Lord! But do pray for our time together, that this would be clear and practical, and that we would be motivated to meditate daily on God’s Word. Hopefully with some new tools to do so, and maybe even some future accountability.

I would like to eventually have this material available in English as well, so we’ll see how this first attempt goes!

Thanks for your prayers!
