Margaritas, any one?
If I had unlimited time I would just sit here for hours and tell you about things that God is doing in Mexico. There are so many things that are exciting, other things that just drive you to your knees in prayer. Shari and I were talking today about ministry, and we were reminded once again that the situations we need to face are so often things that only God can handle. The struggles that people go through, the attacks and trials and decision times are so challenging that we truly just need to give it to the Lord and let Him work.
In a way it’s scary – but ultimately it’s exciting because it’s so obvious that it’s God who is doing the work.
Anyway, I was excited to hear about how God is working in the lives of some of our friends in Mexico – Margarita and her family. We were praying for Margarita’s mother, and were excited to hear that she came to faith. But I’ll point you to someone else who can tell the story – of more than one Margarita. Head on over to Bryan and Lori Smith’s blog for the story of A Good, but Long Day. And please pray for the Smiths as they serve in Mexico.
