The First Free Team at Conference
Since I told some friends from Calgary that they could watch our blog for updates on the team, I thought I’d give you an update. With pictures and everything!
So, above you can see a craft time with some of the kids here. The kids have had a lot of fun with some of the stuff they’ve made.
On the right and left you can see an ice-breaker game they were playing on the first day.
The team continues to be very flexible with all the changes-of-plans we have to deal with around here! They’re getting a bit of a break before diving in again tomorrow. But even in their "free" time they still have a lot of little admirers who are hanging out with them! 😉
In case you’re wondering, we’re very thankful for the weather. We’ve had some chilly conferences, but the weather this year is beautiful. So lots of people are out swimming as I speak!
Shari is helping to lead a craft time right at the moment. We’ve enjoyed a special speaker, some great times of worship, and getting to know some of the new missionaries who are here. It’s great to see so many people working in so many different ways to reach this generation.
