Nathanael’s Castle
After taking a break over the summer, Nathanael finally finished his castle yesterday!
Normally I don’t post a lot of pictures here, but the amount of work that went into this castle deserves some kind of recognition.
As a part of his history class, Nathanael built this medieval castle from scratch – and I mean from scratch. Every single brick was made from scratch, using a special plaster mixture. The towers and walls were built from the bottom up, and they constantly had to be levelled.
So here’s Nathanael, putting in the very last bit in place.
And to the right you can see Nathanael with the finished product.

Good job, Nathanael! 🙂

I think this is a masterpiece Nathanael!
Let me guess! You experienced all these things: hard work, learning new things, frustration, continuing even when you felt like giving up, encouragement from your Dad, developing more skills using your hands, fingers and brain, help from God, as well as the reward of a good job well done.
I’m proud of you!
