Ah, the memories. Here’s another decade-old picture for you. Shari and I were visiting Cuernavaca 10 years ago this month, preparing for our eventual move to Mexico. Here we are at the Cascada Salto de San Antón.
Hey, we can go retro around here once in a while, right? And since a decade is such a nice even number, here’s a shot of Hannah and her Grandma Cottrill potting some plants ten years ago this month…
Over Christmas Hannah and Nathanael put together a puppet show, with home made puppets and everything!
They performed it twice, and we had our wits about us the second time and recorded it. Here it is, for your edification…
The last recipe of the day – and this time it’s gluten-free!
Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and oil a 12 serving muffin pan.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the pizza crust mix, sugar and baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and fold together, being careful not to overmix.
Fold in the orange zest and chocolate chips.
Pour into the prepared cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes until golden and the tops spring back when lightly touched. Serve warm or at room temperature.
This recipe was based on this recipe from Bob’s Red Mill. They were pretty yummy. 🙂
