The Most Popular Posts of 2016 (hint: it’s about plumbing)
At this time of year, I like to look back to see which posts have been the most popular. Not that that many people are reading nowadays, but it’s a fun way to look back over the past 12 months.
So, let’s see. The first popular post of the year, and actually the most popular overall, was from February – How To Take A Shower (at our house). Flowchart included, in case you would like to come visit. 🙂
Next – and a very typical problem – Too busy to post (too busy not to post). LOTS going on, as usual – this post was a good view of some of the things we were dealing with in the spring.
Hannah’s 15th Birthday Party is TODAY! — Yes, indeed, that was a big deal! Good memories.
And then in June – some really big (and still ongoing) news – Big News: Church Construction Update – Sanctuary!
And just so that Hannah doesn’t get all the attention – this July – Nathanael Graduates into…
I’ve been posting an old picture/video each month, and one actually made it into the top 10. From September – actually, September 2006, a video of Nathanael (2) and Hannah (5): Retro: Slugs
Hannah has a different interest in animals now – here’s another video… Hannah’s Dolphin Discovery
Heading into the fall now, an important post about our ministry here: Church Planting: The Next Step
The second most popular post of the year, as we reach a major milestone – We Have Lived in Mexico for Ten Years.
Finally, lots of people have been praying for our friend and co-worker with leukemia. This was the first post about her (and some others with health issues): Prayer Request: When Your World Turns Upside-Down.
So that’s the top 10! The first post of the year, which didn’t make the cut, was “Feeling Alive”. Well, it’s been a live year, all right! And may God bring more new life in 2017 – see you on the other side!
